• All products are handmade and made-to-order unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept payments via secure third-party processors such as Wix Payments, PayPal, and others listed at checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing times vary depending on the item. Most plushies and bikinis ship within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping delays due to postal carriers are out of our control, but we’ll provide tracking and assist where we can.
