Returns & Refund Policy (Updated for 2026 Collections)

At Hooked on Waves, every item is created with care and intention from handmade crochet to small-batch dive and yoga wear. Because each product type is unique, our policy reflects the best way to ensure fairness while maintaining sustainable practices.

Crochet & Handmade Items

All crochet and handmade items are final sale due to their made-to-order nature.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.

If your handmade item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos we’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund if appropriate.

Dive & Yoga Wear

We accept returns or size exchanges on dive and yoga wear within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) still attached

• Returned in eco-mailer or similar protective packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

• Your item arrives damaged and you contact us within 7 days (with photo proof)

• Your order is lost in transit and verified via tracking

• We are unable to fulfill your order

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
